Posizione ottima, appartamento confortevole, perfetto sia per girare la città che per rilassarsi la sera dopo essere stati fuori tutto il giorno. La cucina era fornita di tutti gli utensili che possono servire.
Le pentole antiaderenti (e quasi tutte lo erano) erano graffiate e quindi non utilizzabili. Le testiere dei letti erano molto impolverate e per chi ha problemi di allergia questo è un grosso problema
