Location. Size. Facilities.
The mattress needs replacing as the springs on the right side could be felt. The cleaning of the window frames around the catches and shower seals could be more thorough.

A homely cosy apartment with all that is needed to make for a comfortable stay. Perfectly located just a few minutes from the seafront. Reasonably priced for a 3-nights. I enjoyed my time here.
A storage unit in the bedroom (below the mirror) was covered and dirt and hair. Towels smelt musty.

Self catering. Kitchen adequate. Decor clean.
Very misleading information re parking in online information. Only told on day that parking was restricted. Unable to park legally to unpack luggage and had to drive some distance to park car safely in unrestricted area. In accommodation mattress on bed very old and uncomfortable. No grab rail in shower nor shelf to put products on. No anti slip mat.
