    Great and enjoyable

    Clean, in very good location of town with good security. Swimming pool and exercise facility was great. Shopping is across the road. The apartment is at the back of the building so you can’t hear the traffic. Having a full kitchen and laundry and two full bathrooms is very helpful.

    I can’t think of anything that we disliked.

    Pesimo servicio

    Nothing

    The person who rents these apartments has no idea about service or quality accommodation. When we arrived at 3 pm, the apartment had not been cleaned and outside the apartment we found an armed person who came to take “photos” and do the cleaning. I do not recommend them at all because the insecurity and lack of professionalism. By the way, this type of accommodation should not even appear on Booking, they should only be on Airbnb.

    Wonderful stay in Polanco, Mexico City

    This property is beautiful! The apartment was very spacious and even included washer and dryer, and all the appliances we could need to make our stay feel more like at home.the property is across the street from myself Soumaya, a beautiful Art Museum.

    There was nothing at all that I didn’t like about the property.

    Great place for group / families

    Great location, good amenities and ample apartment with all the appliances etc The pool, gym and spa were wonderful! If weather have been warmer we wins have used up the terrace and bbq!

    It would have been great to have sugar, salt, coffee , oil as kitchen basics
