Great place for families from a great host!
Very spacious apartment and well furnished with a great terrace. Perfect for families. Good location. But mos important is the host, which went above and beyond to help us even at 9PM. Greatly appreciated.

Our family of 5 stayed at this apartment for 8 on nights. The location was quite practical, about 1 km from the beach and 1,5 km from the city center attractions. A nice coffee shop just at the next intersection we visited several times. A car is practical during a longer stay and there was a good parking space as part of the house. The apartment was spatious and quite well equipped with kitchen appliances and even fun things for swimming. Picking up the key was easy. We enjoyesd breakfasts on the terrace on a warm morning in awe of the mountains around us.
Some appliances and the bathtub did not work and sometimes there was no warm water. The owners tried to fix the bathtub. The most difficult part of our stay was not getting proper sleep due to uncomfortable beds and bedding. We kept switching beds every night to see who would be able to sleep where, moving couch mattresses onto the floor and back. It made our holiday not very restful.

Very spacious apartment near the centre of Kalamata and the beach
Very spacious apartment close to the centre of Kalamata and the beach (15 and 20 min walk respectively). all rooms have aircon and there is a dedicated parking space. The apartment is on the 4th floor but there is a spacious lift. We met the lady who was cleaning the flat as we arrived slightly earlier than our check in time. Mrs Dimitra was very sweet and we managed to leave our stuff and check in early. easy check in and check out process
everything was exceptional .

Άνετο σπίτι με όλες τις παροχές που αναφέρει σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή που είναι δίπλα στο κέντρο. Σίγουρα στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μου στην Καλαμάτα θα είναι ξανά η επιλογή μου.
