    Supernetter Empfang, sehr gute Tipps vom Vermieter. Auf Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit Grill.

    Es ist etwas hellhörig und da das Bad sehr modern ist, ist die Dusche nach vorne offen, dadurch wird die Badematte zum Teil mit geduscht. Die Betten waren für uns zu weich. Leider wussten wir nicht, das andere Topper zu Verfügung standen. Wir hätten vielleicht fragen oder etwas sagen sollen.

    Eine Wiederholung für 1-2 Tage kann ich mir gut vorstellen.

    Heiko war ein absolut zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Unsere Ankunftszeit war nicht genau zu bestimmen. Kommunikation völlig problemlos. Er bat um Anruf eine 1/2 Std vor Ankunft, um uns rechtzeitig zur Schlüssel- und Zimmerübergabe selbst zu empfangen. Wir bekamen Tipps von ihm zur Gastronomie, zu Ausflügen etc. Ein absolut toller Empfang. Die Betten / Kissen vorzüglich, die Ruhe in der Nacht ( auch über Tag ) perfekt, die Badeinrichtung ließ an nichts fehlen. Das Wetter war nicht so besonders, daher fiel chillen auf der schönen Terrasse aus. Wir waren zwei Tage dort. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre vielleicht noch ein kleiner Sessel ganz fein...

    Great room in new construction area in Speinshart

    The service was great. The owner reached out multiple times to give instruction, advice on activities and restaurants, information and ensuring we could get there with no problems. Very friendly and helpful. He even left fresh flowers in the room as a welcome. The room was nice and a good size for my husband and myself. Water pressure was good with warm water and there were shower and bathroom items for our use. The balcony area was also nice and it was the edge of town with fields and trees behind the house for a. Ice relaxing view. Nice quiet location, but also near the main road. There was a small fridge and microwave for us as well. They also left a letter of instruction for us and the owner was very responsive to all questions and requests.

    The only thing I was missing was a water kettle for a cup of coffee in the morning. We had to leave early and drive to work before we were able to get coffee to start the day. Very small thing in comparison to the great service.

    Clean room in quiet village.

    Property is brand new and everything works. Host waited for me late into the night to give me key. Bed was comfortable and bathroom is brand new and spacious. If it's an extended stay, lots of storage options in the room.

    The apartment is part of the house, so if you don't want to run into the host or the family in the middle of the stay, might want to look elsewhere.

    Exceptional

    This place is a good alternative to expensive city hotels. Away from the hustle and bustle. The owners are friendly, polite and helpful. Chenie will provide you with all the help, both in terms of accommodation and interesting places to visit in the area.
