  Appartement bien situé, calme. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Merci à Manuel pour les petites douceurs que nous avons partagées. Les renseignements donnés pour entre dans l, appartement et dans le parking étaient efficaces.

  Wonderful apartment, great owner

  Everything was excellent, and the owner, Luis, was an extraordinary man! The apartment, very clean, equipped with absolutely everything you need to have a carefree stay! The location of the apartment is very good, close to the center shops, restaurants, bus stop! Parking is a plus for Malaga, a reasonable size for an SUV, extremely close to the apartment! Basically, around the corner of the building The instructions he sends you help you enormously to locate the apartment, the parking lot, but also the way of access! Luis is very involved in making the touris 'eel important and have a relaxed stay! I found in the apartment, coffee, sugar water, iuices. The tourist has absolutely everything he needs, including beact towels!!! But the biggest surprise was when, the day before the check-out, comind from the walk, I found hanging on the entrance door to the apartment, a bag of sweet memories" from Malaga, along with a small letter of thanks from Luis! A gesture to be appreciated and unforgettable! I will definitely be back for another stay! I highly recommend choosing this apartment! Congratulations to Luis for what you do and thanks for everything! All the best for you !

  Short malaga stay

  Central location with parking, although we didn't use car this time. Most of all, excellent host. Luis reached out prior to stay and during- not just with formalities of stay but help and advice while we were actually there.

  Terrible

  Parking area

  When we first arrived at the apartment, we found ants crawling on the kitchen countertop, which was already disappointing. On top of that, there was a water outage that lasted for approximately 10 hours. We were initially told that it would be resolved quickly, so we decided to leave the apartment and continue sightseeing while waiting. However, the water was not restored for many hours. Traveling with a small child, it was impossible to stay in the apartment without running water. We could not use the toilet, take a shower, wash our hands, or maintain basic hygiene. In the extreme summer heat, these conditions were completely unacceptable. Furthermore, after speaking with other residents in the building, we were told that this was not an isolated incident. They informed us that the same problem had already occurred twice during the previous week. This suggests that the host was, or should have been, aware of the recurring issue. This situation significantly affected our holiday and caused considerable inconvenience and stress. We expected a clean, functional apartment with access to essential services, but unfortunately, the accommodation failed to provide even the most basic necessities. I believe this experience warrants appropriate compensation.
