    Most certainly a beatiful & cosy home

    Located in a peaceful area, warm and welcoming, and well presented throughout. The house has a log burner, excellent boiler with good water temperature and pressure, the kitchen is well equipped with utensils, and beds made with professionally laundered linen. I slept in the en-suite attic room which is nice and warm and I could hear the rain drops on the roof which I found very relaxing!! This was a sorely needed and incredibly relaxed few days with my family. Also note the excellent communication with owner regarding damage deposit.

    The mattresses need up grading as you can feel springs though not massively uncomfortable. A few maintenance jobs required i.e light bulbs, loose toilet seat, leaking waste pipe outside. Drivers to be aware the public road is rather steep with an unusual camber and gradient when you turn onto the lane that leads up to house, and the lane has a few quite deep pot holes. Long or low vehicles may struggle.

    Great location, price was good for what you get.

    Great location, close to everything needed but also out of the way and private. Well equipped kitchen and property has most things you would need for your stay. Easy quick communication when needed with owner.

    Photos shown are old, outside seating area shown isn’t useable and inside of the property could do with a bit of a freshen up. The large shower head in the en-suite didn’t work so had to use the hand held small one next to it.
