Location to Alnwick town centre and castle. Parking space. Could not find any issues to complain about. The one issue we had with the central heating boiler was sorted very efficiently.

Double booking disgrace
Nothing, unfortunately when we arrived after a 3 hour drive we found the property already occupied. Apparently the property had been double booked.
The fact that we couldn't stay in the property as it had been double booked and someone else was in the property when we arrived.
