    Great location for a short stay in Exeter.

    Cosy, everything I needed to cook, relax available. Hot water available all day and a cosy ambience with the beautiful decor and lamps in the evening. Table setting was a welcome sight on arrival. Location is perfect for visiting the lovely city of Exeter.

    The shower was quite dated and old. Initially I thought it was dirt but was actually wear & tear. The apartment is on quite a busy, noisy road so not very peaceful at night. Lower apartment also so lots of other tenants coming and going and passing the door.

    Hotel business is about facilities and services.

    It just sells the location. The landlord lady decorated lots of useless, cluttered, and fussy things for the atmosphere.

    It doesn't provide necessary what you really need. Such as, fixing the key locker. There are no heating and hot water too, she denied it and refused my call. The kettle handle is dangerous for disable people and too noisy when it works. The wardrobe creates noisy too when you walk by it.

    Enjoyable stay!

    Location was a short walk from the bus station and local shops/cafes. Free car parking space was useful. Receiving complimentary tea and coffee facilities was a nice touch.

    A strong sewage smell from the bathroom.

    The people in the adjoining flat were playing loud music from 1am-6.30am

    Adequate for a short stay. Would have been nice to have a washing machine and ability to open windows

    The location

    The modem was not working throughout our stay, so we did not have Wifi and the TV was therefore also not working. Being ground floor and street facing meant we could not safely open our windows during the heatwave. We also overlooked the fact that the apartment had no washing machine.
