Отличные апартаменты
Апартаменты находятся в знаменитой батумской "Белой магнолии", непосредственно на первой береговой линии. Район Макдональдса. Рядом много заведений, магазинов, пунктов обмена валют. Очень просторная квартира для 7 человек. Всё работает, чисто. Отдельно стоит отметить, что из двух спален открывается шикарный вид на море.

Direkte Lage am Meer, zwei Balkone (eins zum Innenhof, ruhiger, und der zweite auf die Promenade und .mit Meerbklick -etwas lebendiger. Sehr große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer und großem Wohn/Essbereich. 2 WC+ Waschbecken, was sehr praktisch ist. Vermieterist ein sehr netter, freundlicher Mann, sehr hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Alles war unkompliziert. Überall gab es Mückenschutz, da im Sommer sehr warm und feucht ist. In der Küche und Bad hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Betten waren groß und bequem. Die Wohnung liegt im 10 Stock, dementsprechend ein super Meeresblick. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind hört man wenig Lärm von außen, was sehr gut zum Schlafen ist. Aber bei geöffneter Balkontür hört man natürlich Meer und viele Touristen auf der Promenade. Trotzdem ist morgens eh ruhig und man sitzt mit seinem Kaffee/Tee und blickt aufs Meer. Das ist sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Doskonały nocleg w Batumi, przy plaży, w odległości spaceru od starej i nowej części miasta. Apartament komfortowy, bardzo czysty i przestronny, dobrze działajaca klimatyzacja, wszystko co niezbędne do udanego pobytu było zapewnione. Interesujący budynek :). Bardzo uczynny i sympatyczny gospodarz.

Супер вариант. Просторная квартира с хорошим ремонтом. Две спальни, большой зал, два туалета. На кухне много посуды. Идеальное расположение. Большой плюс, что можно припарковать автомобиль на придомовой территории. Также очень понравилось, что окна квартиры выходят на две стороны, и можно организовать прохладу без кондиционеров. Кондиционеры кстати в каждой комнате.
