    Everything is perfect, the owner of the property is so decent and helpful.. the property is super clean and spacious..everything you need is there.. even puzzles and games.. ! 🤗 thank you for this amazing experience

    The sofa in the reception needs to be renovated..🫣

    Our host was great, very welcoming and responsive to our queries! Location was ideal!

    Great location near Royal Albert Hall, parks etc. Local Pubs/ restaurants a short walk away as were shops for essential supplies when we felt like cooking. Close to V&A Museum and lots of students heading to Royal Colleges of Art and Music. In all a very comfortable, relaxing spot for a week in London!

    It took a while to master the wifi connection and the TV. The joys of the washer/dryer were also a bit of a challenge, but online manuals saved the day!

    非常好的房东，我们申请提前入住了，也很愉快的答应了我们。服务上的响应速度也很及时。地理位置非常好。

    房间有些旧，入住的时候家人对沙发和床铺有尘螨过敏，但是房东得知了之后，第二天马上给我们快递了防尘螨喷雾。

    非常愉快的住宿体验

    紧邻音乐厅但是很安静的小街上 离超市餐厅需要步行几百米 房间干净，厨房用品一应俱全，房东还留了牛奶，非常贴心 房东回复的很快

    进门需要上很窄的楼梯，行李太多的需要小心 最好有一个入住说明，找灯的开关都找了好久。
