We will not be staying there again!
The location
We booked for two nights over the 11th and 13th of September 2026, we only stayed the first night. The property fell well short of what was listed. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the house from the moment we arrived. The fridge was the worst part of it, giving off such a bad odour that we couldn't keep any food in it for the whole stay. On the Saturday morning the power to the entire downstairs cut out, leaving us with no hot water and no way to shower or bathe. We contacted the management company straight away but they weren't able to fix the power or hot water fault in any reasonable time. We ended up spending most of the day on the phone trying to sort it out instead of enjoying the activities we had planned. In the end the smell and the lack of any real fix left us so frustrated that we booked alternative accommodation via booking.com elsewhere for the rest of our stay. At such a high price for the property for two nights we expected a much higher standard and this turned out to be one of the poorest short stay experiences we've had.

Fantastic space and great location but kitchen in major need of an upgrade and lots of areas lacking attention.
Great location. Plenty of room for a large group/family
Uncomfortable and very creaky single beds. One oven not working. Lack of oven trays. Outside and porch lights not working - very difficult to work key safe in the dark. Fridge door not closing properly and absolutely horrendous smell from it which permeated the whole kitchen/dining area. Bedroom curtains very thin so light comes straight through. Outside space at back very over run with weeds. All needs a good amount of tlc
