It provided what we needed
It was easy to access
I know there were issues with cleaning staff, but floor was not vacuumed well and there was some hair on the sheets, not ours. Dishes and mugs were damaged -had chips on them. A clothes dryer would be good as it was raining on and off when we were there so we couldnt wash. Even if it was sunny out. The clothes line needs some maintenance. The tv in the main bedroom, couldnt get tv channels easily had to log into apps, it was difficult to use. Downstairs shower makes a lot of water mess, a screen/door would be good as there is water damage on the bottom of the bathroom door. Having to wait an extra hour to get in when we were tired from travelling was an inconvenience

We really enjoyed our relaxing stay and would recommend to friends and stay ourselves again.
Loved the elegant modern design of the house, the lights, furniture and facilities in the house, the balcony patio was beautiful, loved the waterfall shower and the bath, the easy to use tvs and the amount of cupboard spaces provided. Also a very secure property with beautifully working air conditioning, a dishwasher and bbqs. The team were relatively quick with responses when I messaged as well, easy to check in on my own with no issues. We were sad to leave, it was very cosy and comfortable!
It was a shame to see a broken spa sitting down the bottom of the house and some yard maintenance could probably be done around the downstairs outside area, as well as on one of the shower heads in the ensuite and the broken cupboard door in the walk in kitchen storage cupboard. Something entertaining or relaxing downstairs would add a little bit more value to this place.

Comfortable stay, not ideal for children but expected that to be the case, being two storey.
Location was good, lovely big verandah.
Some grass around the house would be nice but not overly important if you don't spend much time outside
