Comfortable room within home with en-suite and kitchen type facilities.

Very helpful host making contact to ensure we could access property with ease. Comfortable bed. Lovely en suite facilities and useful to have fridge.

Nothing to dislike but we found the small hallway difficult to navigate to take shoes off as requested. Multiple shoes on floor in small hallway created risk of tripping over.

Distressing, Disenguous Host, Misrepresented Property Details.

The property offers convenient on-street disabled parking located directly outside, making access significantly easier. I had the opportunity to switch to a different room, which provided an excellent vantage point to keep an eye on my parked vehicle. The shower suite in this room was notably spacious, featuring a contemporary design that complemented the overall aesthetic of the space. The fridge was not in working order, and the kitchenette was extremely small and not well equipped.

The property was misrepresented on booking.com. It was a house with several converted bedrooms, all accessed through a communal entrance, with no private access to the studio rooms. The listing failed to mention the live-in host. Wifi was extremely slow, and mobile network coverage was poor. Each studio room had a capsule containing Jewish prayers nailed outside the door, which was not disclosed. The host made a highly inappropriate and racially insensitive statement: "black people will be arrested and forced into slavery upon arrival in arab countries, and their passports seized," without any prior conversation prompting this. For my safety, I recorded all interactions. I explained I had visited several Arab countries, including Dubai, without such experiences. I requested a late check-out after workmen hired by the host disturbed my sleep early in the morning. The host first said the room was booked, then provided bank details and a fee for late check-out (£20), as documented in booking.com messages. The host threatened to call security to remove me within 30 minutes of providing late check-out payment details. Due to slow Wifi and limited mobile coverage, it took up to 30 minutes to complete the payment, during which I received threatening messages in the app from the host. After check-out, the host contacted me about minor makeup stains, claiming the bedding was Egyptian cotton, to elicit more money. I reported the situation to Booking.com and asked that all further communication go through their customer service. The host’s harassment and direct messages continued for a week after my one-night stay. I have audio recordings of the discriminatory comments. This experience was distressing, and I do not recommend this property to ethnic minority solo female travellers.

    Not what we expected.

Good distance from Wembley. The host messaged me during the visit asking if we needed any milk.

There was a strong unpleasant smell as soon as you entered the property and also in the bathroom. It was bad enough that it made me gag every time I walked into those areas. The property also looked much nicer in the photos than it did in reality. Another surprise was that we were sharing the accommodation with another couple. Although we never saw them during our stay, we could hear them, and this wasn't made clear in the listing. I wouldn't describe this as a "modern, beautiful studio" as advertised. The description and photos set expectations that didn't match our experience.

    Fair price, poorly prepared.

All of the facilities were clean, easy to use and the WiFi was easily accessible.

The bins had not been emptied since the previous guest, there was gone off food in the fridge and there was a family of ants making their way in through the window sill.
