    Fab lodge and holiday

    Fab location right next to the beach and an easy to base to explore! The lodge was exceptionally clean, the WiFi was fantastic. We used the arcade and soft play on site for the children frequently which was very handy! There is a chip shop, arcade and a couple of pubs within walking distance from the lodge.

    Everything was great, the only thing we were not aware of is that because the lodge is private, we were not able to book on to the swimming. The queues for on the day spaces were very long, we were there in the summer holidays! We did however find a great leisure centre in Dumfries which was only half an hour away, and great facilties for children.

    Real home from home with great sea views

    Had all the home comforts and was well stocked with essentials for a fantastic weeks stay with great views out to the water and the mountains of the Lake District.
