    Zero-star, an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

    Nothing, but I learned how to spot a bad place (when they charge for sheets and ask for a cash-only deposit).

    Booked this property and flagged early on that we'd need a resolved answer on late check-in. It started with "I will try" and then stalled us for several days. When we asked to cancel instead, the host said they were waiting on Booking.com's approval, while in reality the host had rejected the fee waiver. Days of back and forth with no resolution, though this could have been sorted long before our arrival. We eventually had to book another place and were still charged in full for a stay the property couldn't accommodate us. On top of that, we noticed they charge extra for sheets and ask for a €300 cash deposit. This is an unusual request that will make us more cautious about this type of property in future.

    Semplicemente fantastico ed estremamente rilassante

    Alloggio stupendo, esattamente come si vede nelle foto! La vista sul lago è estremamente rilassante. L'alloggio è attrezzatissimo. Nadin la proprietaria è stata molto attenta alle nostre esigenze e si è preoccupata che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto. Siamo stati benissimo come se fossimo a casa, anche i nostri figli hanno avuto possibilità di avere i loro spazi e godersi la pace del posto. Spero di poter ritornare per poter vivere di più il lago e i meravigliosi posti della natura che lo circonda. Consiglio a tutti questo meraviglioso alloggio, adattissimo per famiglie. Grazie mille Nadin!!!
