    A beautiful cottage with everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. The garden is well kept and has a lovely little bench overlooking the Brook, a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The cottage itself is well maintained and very clean . Claire gave us precise instructions on how to get there and parking is no problem. Absolutely gorgeous place !

    Bedrooms very small and only suitable for two people even then cramped Bathroom was poor basin unusable and shower difficult to access for older person Location and gardens excellent but descriptions and photos misleading

    It is a good base for a New Forest break

    The garden was lovely. The kitchen has all we needed. Lovely living room. Great shower.

    Small cosy cottage with a large garden to explore.

    The cottage had simply an almost unbeatable position. The situation next to a small river and surrounded by a huge garden, with absolute peace and quiet. The kitchen was well equiped with all the expected bits. The TV was good with loads of channels. The bathroom was a little small but there was plenty of hot water for a long shower. For two people with one child the cottage is perfect.

    There was not welcoming basket in the kitchen,just a few tea bags and coffee. There was not washing up liquid. A little salt would have been welcome. We had to buy our own. The number of plates and glasses was also limited.The Sofa has seen better days. The bed was comfortable, but a little small, but considering the size of the room, a larger bed would been impossible.
