Perfect in every way!
Unbeatable accommodation! Location: The grocery is just an elevator down. A historic food hall with multi-cuisine restaurants and cafes is across the street. The large park and playground are just outside the building, and the tram stop that takes you to the train station is also just downstairs! It’s in the posh part of the city and it’s quiet. Apartment was fully equipped with tea, coffee, snacks, other beverages, and the bathroom had all the bathroom amenities plus a washer and dryer. It smelled divine. Host was very generous with towels. Having our own sauna was the cherry on top. Will definitely book this place again!

Despite early communication the owner went silent a few days before the booking I tried email and the phone but nothing So we didn’t manage to stay at the apartment and were forced to arrange an alternative at the last minute

Nisa est venue nous chercher au point de rdv. Elle nous a expliqué toutes les fonctionnalités de l'appartement, de l'immeuble, des environs. Ses explications étaient claires et très utiles. Dans son appartement un livre de Helsinki ainsi que des brochures touristiques étaient présents. L'appartement avait tout le nécessaire avec une cuisine fonctionnelle (lave vaisselle four plaque cafetière grille pain bouilloire...) et une salle de bain avec machine à laver sèche leche linge (indispensable si vous prenez peu de vêtements ou les changements climatiques fréquents en Finlande où il peut pleuvoir fort et faire beau dans la même journée). Et surtout les bonus de cet appartement furent le sauna, la véranda après la cuisine et la situation géographique de l'appartement. Au pieds de l'immeuble la ligne de tramway 6T et 1T qui amène à la gare et l'esplanade en moins de 10min, le terminal 2 ouest pour prendre le ferry pour l'Estonie est a 20min a pieds ou 7 min à pieds par le tram 9T ou 7T. Bref c'est l'appartement idéal pour un séjour réussi à Helsinki. L'immeuble possède un parc adjacent très agréable avec une canisette et une écurie. Des halls de restaurants sont également disponibles de l'autre côté de la rue.

Cozy and close to transportation and the city Centre
The mattress was a bit hard for my taste and even if the apartment was clean some hidden spots were not that cleaned e.g. on top of the toilet paper
