    nice studio for summer maybe but too cold in winter

    location and decor. outside space well equipped

    warmer beding would have been nice. did not like the heat pump over the bed. the studio was quite cold. fan and light in the bathroom are on the same switch.

    The accommodation was quiet and there was a heater which helped with the cold weather.

    This place was advertised as being close to the CBD, however on arrival we realised it was 15-20 minutes out from the CBD. Not near at all. The ceilings were incredibly low, there was a lack of waterproofing in the shower, floorboards were bowing and cracking and bathroom sink had a huge crack and the parking was very difficult to get into as it was narrow entry and a shared driveway- which meant we either had to drive in and do several 3-point turns to get out, or to just reverse in entirely all the way to the back. The bathroom had a fan but since there was barely any waterproofing it didn't really help. Also the washing machine and dryer were in the same room so it constantly got overheated and there was lots of condensation in the room. The plastic shower wall would pop in and out and did not feel sturdy or stable at all.

    Modern facilities and ckean and tidy. Had everything we needed for a good stay.

    It was all good, ceilings are a little lower than normal but d8dnt casue any issues
