    Gute Unterkunft in der Altstadt

    Die Lage in der Altstadt war toll. Wir haben im Parkhaus direkt am Kreuzfahrtableger geparkt- wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Unterkunft. Die Einrichtung war modern und geschmackvoll.

    Zu beachten: Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und ist nur über eine sehr schmale Treppe erreichbar, war für uns aber kein Problem. Das Treppenhaus selbst ist renovierungsbedürftig. Es gab ein paar kleine Mängel in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation hierzu mit dem Vermieter klappte sehr gut.

    Renovierung sehr dringend erforderlich

    Gutes Restaurant vor der Tür

    Treppenhaus: enges runtergekommendes Treppenhaus. Wo die Wände zum Teil abbröckeln. Wenn man das sieht dann denkt man das schlimmste🙄 und ne Wand zu reparieren kostet nicht die Welt . Wohnzimmer : Klima viel zu laut , jeden Morgen mit einem Trockenen Hals aufgewacht. Mitten aus dem Boden ragen Nägel so das man wirklich fast die Füße aufschneidet ‼️ Schlafzimmer: schimmelige Schränke und auf dem Schrank halben cm Staub. Das Bett geht’s man rutscht die ganze Zeit in die Mitte. Dusche: Abfluss verstopft, der 🚿 Duschkopf hält nicht in der Halterung und fällt ständig auf dem Kopf. Toilette wackelt beim hinsetzten. Küche: Wasserhahn lose und schräg und fällt halber ab. Ausstattung Katastrophal , es gab nicht mal Salz. Bügeleisen zerfällt in Stücke . Draußen zum aufhängen die Leine verrostet. Bis zum Zentrum haben wir 25-30min zu Fuß gebraucht
