    Nice apartment bad management

    Location.

    The management company – Genuine Malta – charged us €600 for a hairdryer that they claimed was missing. The cleaner had simply not bothered looking for it. When I told them where it was located, I was informed that as a new family had now entered the property I would have to wait a week for them to confirm the hairdryer was there before refunding my money. It took them nearly 3 weeks to do this.
