    Never book anything where the actual people you have to communicate with are in a different state!

    Nothing very run down

    The 3 flights of stairs was never mentioned so we had to book at a different place the same day to accommodate the elders. The manager argued and said it would be no refunds if we left because it was a busy week.. also the floors were gritty, laundry room was horrendous, furniture was run down not as new as pictured.

    Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again.

    The location is excellent, just a short walk from the ocean. The free parking was a big advantage. The apartment has modern appliances, and everything we needed was available. With the windows and balcony door closed, almost no noise from outside or the pool could be heard. We really enjoyed our stay.

    The refrigerator was not working, so it was replaced with a very small one, which was not convenient. The curtains were dirty and unpleasant to touch. Also, the handheld shower head in the bathroom was not working.

    Great getaway condo!

    It was clean, spacious and a great location.

    The vacuum cleaner wasn’t working but I’m sure they will fix that. Great service from management.
