The view of the ocean and the walk to the beach.
The door know is not easy for me to open. The room is dusty. Dishes were dirty. The trash lid is dirty. I had to use Clorox wipes on everything.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience
Absolutely. I’d keep it honest and detailed, but make it flow naturally so it sounds like a real guest review rather than something overly polished. We booked Sea Mist for a memorial trip for my late grandmother, as this trip was planned around her last wishes. Unfortunately, what was already an emotional trip turned into a very upsetting experience. When we arrived, we couldn’t figure out where we were supposed to park or even how to get to our building. The check-in instructions said to ask security for help if we needed help finding our building or parking, so we parked in the check-in/unloading area. My husband stayed in the car while I went inside to ask the security guard for help. From the moment I asked for assistance, he was rude and acted like helping me was a bother. Everything I asked was met with a rude or smart response. I went back to the car and tried to explain to my husband what the security guard told me about parking and finding our room. We drove to the overflow parking, which was not an ideal place to leave our car, and then drove back to the building because we were still trying to figure out where we were supposed to go and needed to unload our things. As soon as we pulled over, the security guard came BUSTING out of the building yelling, “You can’t park there!” My husband tried to explain that we were still trying to figure out where we were supposed to go, but the security guard continued to be hostile and rude toward him. My husband finally told him that he needed to calm down and stop being so rude. At that point, I was extremely uncomfortable. After the way the security guard had spoken to me and then seeing how he treated my husband, we no longer felt comfortable staying there. We started taking our belongings to the room, but ultimately decided it wasn’t worth staying somewhere we already felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable. We ended up finding another place to stay.
