L'emplacement est parfait. Tout est à 5 mn à pied. Beatriz est très réactive et très sympathique. L'appartement est confortable et très calme. La terrasse est très agréable. Idéal pour passer quelques jours à Las Palmas. De plus, il y a juste en bas une impasse où nous avons pu laisser notre voiture sans payer plusieurs jours. Nickel !

Comfy apartment well located for the Las Palmas food scheme, culture and access to the beaches
Perfectly appointed apartment including a very comfortable bed! Our host recommended some fantastic places to eat close by. We loved being able to travel cheaply and quickly from the old town to the beach on the local buses.

Ottimo appartamento.
Ospitalità eccezionale. Beatriz molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento molto grazioso e completo di tutto e in posizione comoda per visitare il quartiere Vegueta. Abbiamo trovato il necessario per la colazione: the, caffè, biscotti, latte e persino acqua fresca in frigo e a temperatura ambiente per chi non la volesse fredda. In bagno tutto il necessario. Il balcone vivibile e utilizzabile anche per mangiare.
Unico neo, si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore e con le valigie si fatica a salire.

Such a beautiful find, thank you for a most wonderful stay! I will def book again when I am back!
Great location, short walk to the pretty old town. Was pleasantly surprised by how large the outdoor patio was, it was such a nice spot to chill outside. I loved the little touches like the local chocolate wafer biscuits, and good ground coffee for the moka coffee pot. The flat also smells really nice :)
I had some issues with the hot water in the shower - I had to take quick showers before the hot water started running out. I informed the owner who very kindly said she will look into it.
