Pls give back the refund of double payment we didnt even stay at your hotel
I like that it asked for another payment when we got there even if weve fully paid here at booking.com. Until now payment hasnt been returned even if it was established. Also the manager said hell refund us once we check out, we didnt stay the night there and check out by 926am and until now no refund has happened. Still waiting for statement of account from cc to formally pass complaint but been messaging this app about it
I like that the machine was the only one to accommodate us and the person watching us from camera gave us a hard time. I showed our payment from booking.com and insisted that payment is not the same as the one im about to do.- it was late at night we all wanted to just rest sonwe paid again. I also like how we were deceived with the rooms. It was so huge neither of us could fit getting in so we didnt know where to fit our luggage

とりあえず寝るだけならいいのかもしれない。
繁華街やマッサージの多いエリアに出やすい。シャワーの出がすごくよくて気持ちよかった。
冷蔵庫が使えなかった。電源は入っていたけど冷えなかった。暖かい箱だった。空調も効きにくい。備品や棚が埃をかぶっていた。しばらく使われていなかったのかもしれない。
