Marco è estremamente gentile, cordiale e sempre disponibile ad aiutare. Offre con piacere ottimi consigli e suggerimenti utili per visitare la città e i dintorni. La struttura è molto pulita, le camere sono spaziose, confortevoli e accoglienti. La posizione è eccellente, centralissima e comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, che consiglio vivamente!

Nice stay, good food, nice place and very good serice!
The service by the hotelmanager Marco was outstanding. He helped us in a great way because is was chaos at that time because of the eruption of the Etna. Marco helped us late in the evening and because of this outstanding service we had a nice place to stay, taxi organised and a good breakfast nearby the hotel the next morning.

Good apartment in great location
Great location, everything in walking distance, nice rooms with updated furniture, air condition, quick attendance to requests via WhatsApp
Overall nothing to complain. Just be aware the breakfast is not offered at the location but you will get a voucher for a nearby cafe.
