  Looks good, doesn't meet expectations

  The location of the apartment is good, right next to Clock House station. It is easy to get to the city from there.

  The apartment looks nice in the pictures, but it is worn and shabby. There are no blackout curtains in the apartment and in the heat the apartment is unbearably hot. In addition, the roller blind in the living room was broken. The bed is small, both short and narrow and also of poor quality or too old: the bed springs can be felt against your back and every turn causes a creak. If two people sleep in the bed, one will wake up if the other turns. The sofa bed is really hard and stained. There is no mattress topper available for it. The pillows and blankets are bad (apparently as cheap as possible). There were not enough bed linen for three people. The bathroom drains did not drain properly, the water remained stagnant in both the shower and the sink. The host did not provide enough toilet paper: there were 1.5 rolls for three people for five days. When the shortcomings were reported to the host, he responded after two days. A really bad experience, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

  Communications with the owner were excellent - photos of the key locations were fantastic

  Amazing apartment, nothing to complain

  Amazing apartment, clean organized and safe. The hostess was also very kind to let you make an early check in, thank you!

  Clean and comfortable apartment with a superb location!

  The location, the cleanliness of the apartment. Also the host made sure we had all necessary items upon check-in.

  No oven-cooking dish and the cushions on the sofa bed were old.

  Прекрасное расположение, комфортная, светлая, чистая квартира с абсолютно всеми удобствами для проживания.

  Отличное месторасположение. 2-3 мин до станции Clock house,- 25 мин. До центра Лондона. 10-15 мин до станции Kent house и такое же время до Центра Лондона, если нужна другая ветка метро. 10-15 минут пешком до центра Бекинхема и больших продуктовых магазинов. «Магазин у дома» в 2 х минутах. Очень безопасное жилье. Чистое, светлое. Есть абсолютно все для готовки, не только кофеварка, чайник, микроволновка, но и абсолютно все кухонные принадлежности. Готовьте как дома. Квартира просто замечательная для двух взрослых и ребенка. Заселение простое и легкое, просто следуйте понятным инструкциям. Все расписано. Хозяйка предупредительна и заботлива, отвечает и решает все вопросы по месту проживания! Огромная благодарность!
