    Really Nice setting, with a stream running through the garden, cosy feeling with plenty of room for us all inside. Great location in Coniston.

    Because it was underfloor heating took a long time to warm up and would be good if this was turned on at 20 degrees when cleaning before check in. Beds not the comfiest

    great find, just needs a few tweaks to make it amazing

    location was great, really cute little stream in the garden , very spacious throughout

    little touches missing , like no tea bags or coffee, only 4 toilet rolls for 6 people over 4 days! info said logs provided for burner, there were none
