  Excellent beach getaway!

  Prime location - 5 minute tuk-tuk ride from Ukunda Airport and walking distance to Kokkos Cafe.

  Large pool, great security, views above the treeline. Spacious apartment that felt like home.

  Terrible 😢

  Hello, I rented the flat for two weeks. Apart from the fact that it is huge and is a penthouse with a very pleasant terrace, the property – and in particular this one and a replacement flat I stayed in for one night – is extremely run-down, dirty and barely usable; the fittings are in poor condition and there was a power cut almost every day. In the kitchen, the cooking appliances are at least as old as the flat itself, and there are never enough utensils for the six or eight people who could sleep there. The light in one of the bathrooms off the master bedroom is dim – it’s more like a darkroom – and everything is extremely run-down and old: doors won’t open or close properly, and the cupboards are hanging off their hinges. There’s no dimmed lighting – it’s either blindingly bright or pitch black. The only thing that really makes up for it is the cleaning staff, who really go the extra mile and do a perfect job for the money. We paid around €80 per night; I’d only stay there again if there were six of us, so that each person paid ten euros a night. If you’re on your own or as a couple, there are now much better-maintained alternatives. What shocks me is that it’s only used to make money now, and nothing – absolutely nothing – is being invested in it. And that keeps reminding me that people can become greedy over time; it’s a shame, a real shame. It’s also worth bearing in mind that the route there isn’t exactly a walk in the park. It’s a typical African street – extremely narrow. Nevertheless, there are certainly some lovely restaurants within walking distance. So I can’t really complain about the location. The pool is great, as are the sun loungers. The poolside areas are also good, but as I said, the flat itself is out of the question.

  Не поганий варіант, простора квартира і на території є чистий басейн. Але до пляжу потрібно йти або їхати.

  Велика простора квартира.

  Дуже старі меблі в ванній кімнаті і на кухні, тому вони всі в плямах.
