    The stay is very basic, but the staff were exceptional and very hospitable, making it an excellent stay! The location is

    The staff were AMAZING and very hospitable - the locations was also great. Very close to Fort and Marije lines, which made walking around south Mumbai very easy and doable. The rooms were okay too, exactly as described. Breakfast was toast and omelette - often more than enough to get us through for the morning, with plenty to go around.

    The rooms were very basic and amenities very basic. Exactly like the picture.

    Overall we had a comfortable stay with spacious room, nice breakfast and great location place.

    Breakfast they provided with Bread, Jam, Butter & Omlette with Tea, coffee, black tea. It was good. The location is very near to Gateway of India & Coloba Causeway market.

    Check-in time could be little earlier. We reached Mumbai at 8 am. But had to wander in the street till 1 pm as the check in was at 1 pm only. They they informed earlier about this, it would be helpful for all travelling tourists.
