Der perfekte Aufenthalt in der Regio Opatija.
Die Villa Iris hat eine super Lage. Der Blick auf den Kvaner ist genial und wir empfehlen jedem Gast ein Zimmer mit Meerblick zu buchen. Direkt am Haus gibt es einen Fußweg hinunter zu einer einsamen Badebucht welche man in nur 5 Minuten fußläufig erreicht. Parkplätze sind hier genügend vorhanden. Schon der Empfang war persönlich und sehr freundlich mit Begrüßungsgetränk und frisch aufgeschnittener Melone. Es gab ein reichhaltiges Frühstück, von den Gastgebern immer mit dem Wunschei zubereitet. Slavica und Niaad waren immer hilfsbereit und auskunftsfreudig. Wir haben sehr viel von der Region von ihnen gelernt. Danke bis bald. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Empfehlenswert, Traumaussicht
Super Lage mit Traumaussicht, gepflegter Garten, liebevoll gestaltetes Ambiente, freundlicher Empfang, gute Tipps zu Unternehmungen und Restaurants, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, das an den Tisch serviert wird, gediegene Ausstattung.
Zigarettenrauch von unterhalb drang über die offene Balkontür in unser Zimmer.

Prima, fijne Gastgevers, maar stevig aan de prijs.
De kamer zelf was redelijk ruim en de locatie lekker rustig met een goede aansluiting op een rustig stukje Strand. En een zeer ruime tuin en prima parkeergelegenheid. Het ontbijt voldoende maar kan nog iets beter voor deze prijs. 4 nachten 750€
Als je praat over luxe das vielen er een paar zaken wel tegen. Vooral de badkamer laat te wensen over, klein,laat staan als je met 3 personen zou zijn. Geen hoogwaardige materialen en weinig ophang mogelijkheden, een drink/tandenspoelglas voor 3 personen.
