No hot water, no help from host, paid way too much.

We got there and they didn’t have hot water. So the first night we had no water and couldn’t shower I had to change our dates of our stay. I said we would be coming a day later. No response from anyone for days on end and they made me pay for the extra day that we didn’t stay at!!!
