    La posizione della struttura, posta nella immediata zona collinare di Santa Marinella, garantisce una gradevole vista oltre ad una molto apprezzabile tranquillità. Si tratta di un edificio particolarmente curato nei dettagli, sia all’esterno che all’interno ove si può apprezzare la pranza di ogni comodità associata ad un elevato buon gusto degli arredi. La struttura dispone di un parcheggio esterno coperto munito altresì di colonnina per la ricarica di veicoli elettrici e questo è solo una delle Chicche che l’insieme riserva agli ospiti. Un curatissimo spazio esterno a prato ospita altresì una piccola piscina fruibile. L’accesso alla struttura è preservato da un cancello elettrico che garantisce la sicurezza. Michele, titolare della struttura, si è dimostrato di grandissima simpatia, ospitalità e collaborazione, indicandoci l luoghi di maggior interesse nella Zona oltre a sincerarsi quotidianamente delle nostre esigenze e del nostro benessere. Ci è dispiaciuto sinceramente avervi effettuato solo un breve soggiorno.
