Inaccurate listing, items stolen by other guests, and host turned aggressive when reported.

The property was advertised as an "entire house" for 3 adults, but the space is far too small. The mattress on the main double bed was damaged with a hole at the end, while the third "bed" was actually just an uncomfortable armchair located in the kitchen. The bathroom was improvised and cramped, with a fixed showerhead, and although a BBQ was listed in the amenities, the host told us we were not allowed to use it. The garden was shared with other guests despite claiming privacy. During our stay, several clothes left out to dry were stolen by the other guests sharing the garden, and our clothes pegs were thrown into the neighbor's garbage. Although the host seemed nice initially, her attitude changed completely once we reported these safety concerns—she became aggressive and accused us of "causing problems", using the welcome products left in the room at check-in and the offered cleaning services as an excuse to dismiss the issue.
