    Ich würde dieses Hotel wahrscheinlich buchen, waren alle sehr, sehr nett, aber niemals mehr die unte

    Es war sehr zentral

    Wir wussten nicht, dass die unteren Zimmer keine Fenster haben. Das geht auf der Seite nicht so gut hervor. Besser gesagt, nicht erkennbar (auf der Internetseite von Ihnen) und jemand, der Classphobie hat, würde dort sterben.

    The reception staff were definitely the best part of our stay, especially Imen and Firas. They were incredibly kind, helpful, welcoming, and professional, and they really made us feel well taken care of. The housekeeping staff were also very good, and the hotel was genuinely clean and well maintained in terms of cleanliness. The location was also quite good and convenient, which was another positive point.

    However, unfortunately, the hotel itself was a big disappointment. It looked nothing like the photos online. The photos give the impression of a modern and stylish hotel, but in reality, the property is very old and outdated. Although it was clean, almost everything felt worn out and in need of renovation. Some of the fixtures and equipment in both the bathroom and kitchen were rusty, which really took away from the overall experience. Another major issue was the noise. There was loud music coming from the surrounding area almost every night, and it was extremely difficult to sleep, especially during the first couple of nights. We eventually got used to the noise and were able to sleep better, but it was still a significant problem. Overall, I would say the staff, especially Imen and Firas, were excellent and deserve special praise. The cleanliness and location were also good. However, the hotel itself is very outdated, does not look like the pictures at all, and the noise at night was a serious issue. I would strongly recommend that the hotel be renovated and that the photos be updated to accurately reflect the current condition of the property.
