    Everything! Very pretty and well-tended garden. Immaculate rooms and dining area. The hosts were friendly and professional. I felt they went above and beyond to ensure guests had a great stay. Fab choice of breakfasts, including special diets. I'm lactose intolerant and there were alternative options for milk in porridge, hot drinks and spread for toast. Perfect location for Shanklin Chine, Old Village, Shanklin Beach etc. We don't drive and got round loads of the island by bus and some by train (including steam train!). Had a brilliant time celebrating my mum's 75th birthday here, and using it as a base to explore other parts of the island. Would definitely recommend this place!
