Nie wieder - ist ne Top Lage, aber ich schlafe ab jetzt woanders
Super freundliches Personal am Empfang. Gutes Frühstück und das Küchenpersonal hat super geholfen bei Allergien. Gutes Entertainment für Kinder.
Es war extrem unsauber, mit Hausstaubmilben Allergie bringt die beste Allergie Bettwäsche nichts, wenn überall staub und dreck ist. Wie hatten jeden Tag einen Silberfisch im Bad, mit ein paar spinnen, spinnenweben und unter das bett wollte man gar nicht schauen, blöd wenn dem kind mal was runterfällt. das WC roch sehr nach Urin, der Staubsauger war nicht geladen und nach unserem Rundgang war der Behälter zu 1/4 gefüllt. Bei der dunstabzugshaube haben sich unsere Nägel aufgerollt, das geplante „wir kochen jeden Abend“, wurde auf „wir machen lieber Brotzeit“ verschoben. In der Pizzeria haben wir 2x bei der bestellung gesagt „ohne milch und ei wegen allergie“, nach 20min warten, wurde unserem sohn das essen vor der Nase weggenommen, weil da leider Ei drin ist. Er war entsprechend hungrig und schlecht gelaunt, da hätten wir einfach bestellen und abholen können. Es wird nur Pizza und Nudeln serviert, schade, dass hier niemand Bescheid weiß oder nochmal nachfragte, hätte ein unschöner Abend im Krankenhaus werden können. Das WLAN ging den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht in unserem Bereich, weil ein Access Point defekt war. Warum sind da keine auf Ersatz im Lager bei so einem großen Resort. Und warum wurde uns keine andere Hütte in einem anderen Bereich angeboten?

Toller Urlaub.
Die gesammte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und weitläufig, mitten in der Natur amFleesensee.Alle Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich. hilfsbereit und kinderlieb.Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen. Frühstücks-und abendbuffet waren hervorragend-sehr abwechslungsreich,frisch und lecker.Das Team im Restaurante war super freundlich und schnell.Für Kinder ein Paradies. M.K. 13.09.-18.09.2026
