    - مساحة الشقه - كفاءة الشقه من ناحية النظافه, و التكييف, و التجهيز, و الواي فاي - لوكيشن الشقه و قربه من الخدمات - التواصل المستمر من قبل المالك عن طريق الواتس, و حرصه على معرفة مدى رضانا على الشقه, و استفساره المستمر عما كنا بحاجه لأي خدمات أخرى. و كذلك تعاون الاخ عماد و هو ممثل المالك, حيث أنه دائما جاهز لتلبية الطلبات و الرد على الملاحظات. -

    - سعة الواي فاي المجانيه قليله بالنسبه لعائله من 7 افراد, و كانت بمعدل 10 جيجا باليوم كما علمت من المالك. الجيجا الاضافيه سيتم احتساب تقريب 14 جنيه و نص للجيجا. - سعر الشقه ملائم و مناسب مقارنة بجودتها لفترات السكن القصيره, فالسائح غير مستعد لاضاعة يوم او يومين من رحلته عن سكن ملائم, و لكنني أرى أن السعر يعتبر مكلفا و باهظا في حال كانت الاقامه طويله, الا ان كان هناك اعتبار خاص للاقامات الطويله. - كل الغرف تحتوي على سرير كبير, بينما كنت أحبذ أن تكون غرفتين منهم أو 3 غرف تحتوي على سريرين منفصلين, وهذه الملاحظه بالذات مهمه لي, و سأطالب بها ان كان لي تجربه جديده قادمه. الأخ عماد عندما سألته عن توفير فراش ( ماترس ) اضافي, أفاد بأن ذلك سيكون مقابل رسوم يوميه.

    Nice and roomy

    It was very nice apartment in very good location. CIt is close to shops and restaurant. Also we liked that it was a quiet place away from big city hussles.

    The 2 bathrooms shower were out of hot water. Apparently the water heater for those rooms were separate from the rest of the apartment. We notified the owner and they came to fix it right away. However it last only one hr. Since we stayed for only 2 nights we were OK to use the other shower for all of us.

    Great value for money

    Really nice, big and spacious property. Host was really helpful and accommodating, security onsite was good as we had to leave our bags there for hours after checking out. We had no issues whatsoever.
