    Отель в целом уже немного уставший, но видно, что персонал делает всё, чтобы гостям было хорошо.

    Персонал. Все очень доброжелательные, от общения с ними оставается ощущение того, что тебе здесь искренне рады. Говорят на русском почти все, на английском все, это удобно. Чистый и тихий номер. Расположение - близко от трамвая и метро, и в пешей доступности от Султанахмета и пристани Эминеню. На вопрос "Вы бы остановились здесь еще раз?" я ответил "Нет", но это потому, что я не люблю возвращаться в одно и то же место. Если нужно место без неприятных сорпризов, этот отель подойдет.

    Оснащение ванной. Дозатор жидкого мыла над туалетной бумагой - с рук на неё капает. Крепление для полотенец на любителя. Оснащение номера - маловато мест, куда можно что-то положить. Микроскопические ящики в прикроватных тумбочках, хотя сами тумбочки красивые.

    The location, staff, breakfast, cleaninnes and the effort of the housekeeper is all amazing

    The early morning calls to prayer wakes you up too early but it's something you can get used to.

    The staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel was clean, the spa was great, the breakfast was diverse.

    The rooms were a bit smaller than we wanted and the noise at night was a bit much, not the fault of the hotel though, Istanbul is just chaotic and lively like that. Even on a week night.
