    Great location, but comfort, maintenance concerns and a complete lack of flexibility left us disappointed.

    The location in Polanco is excellent and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and attractions. Communication was generally responsive and the check-in process was straightforward.

    Unfortunately, the apartment did not feel comfortable for us. We noticed an unpleasant odor, particularly near the bathroom area, and the portable cooling units were too noisy to use comfortably during the night. There were too many ants and bugs because of plants probably.While the host responded to messages, we were disappointed by the lack of flexibility when problems were reported. We even discovered that we had accidentally booked one unused extra night due to a travel-date mistake and asked whether any goodwill adjustment was possible, but it was refused. The overall experience felt much less welcoming and accommodating than we had expected.
