    Café da manhã maravilhoso! Muitas opções, todas deliciosas. Limpeza feita todo dia, funcionários simpáticos. Ótimo serviço! Sinto que a hospedagem foi responsável em 50% por eu ter me apaixonado por Fortaleza. Já quero voltar.

    Fortaleza - Beira Mar Suites

    Localização e funcionários

    Alguns detalhes na unidade não estavam no padrão ofertado: - toalhas velhas e manchadas que não dava para identificar se era mancha de uso ou sujeira mesmo,  - o ar condicionado não funciona direito, colocava na temperatura mínima, no modo turbo e acordava suando,  - por 2 vezes ficamos sem água na suíte, voltava algum tempo depois, mas chato bastante para sair do banho ensaboado,  - não foi oferecido shampoo e creme, que é padrão em hotéis desse nível.  - nem uma água de cortesia tinha na geladeira. Mas o mais grave era mesmo o ar condicionado que só resfriava o ambiente.
