  ​Excellent séjour au Beit El Hanna Hotel. Tout était parfait : l'emplacement, la chambre, le rooftop et l'incroyable hospitalité d'Ali et de sa famille. Ali est d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité exemplaires ; il s'est occupé d'organiser notre journée de visites avec un chauffeur dédié. Mention spéciale pour la vue magnifique sur la vallée et le spectacle des montgolfières qui atterrissent. Notre seul regret est de ne pas être restés plus longtemps !

  Ali and everyone at the hotel was excellent. They treated us like family and gave us great insights and set up day trips for us around Luxor. They did laundry for us and even let us stay in our room all the way until we were picked up at 830pm on departure day. Exceptional stay and service.

  Nothing to complain about. However, a few ways to improve the hotel even further would be to add a wider restaurant style menu for dining and try to incorporate a small convenience store into the hotel as the closest one is a bit of a walk for snacks/drinks.

  We only had one night so had a lot to cram in to a short time. We managed a Nile boat ride, Luxor temple, Luxor museum,

  We had the most beautiful stay here, from the moment we arrived we felt at home. Our room was absolutely stunning to wake up to that view of the desert through the coloured windows. Akhmed was so very kind to us and took us for walks through the farm lands and made sure we always had what we need to feel comfortable and safe. Chef Sahd made us some of the best meals we've had in Egypt, and the house cat Cleopatra was just the sweetest most cuddly kitty. we felt so spoilt staying here and will love to visit again some day. Thank you so so much and to Ali for being a gracious host. It was a very memorable stay

  スタッフの方がとても親切で、常に「何か困ったことはないか」と気にかけてくださいました。冷房の効きが弱いことを相談したところ、エアコンが2台あるお部屋を快く用意してくださり、本当に助かりました。 ​当日はあいにく少し体調を崩してしまい、お食事を残してしまったのが申し訳なかったのですが、お味はどれも本当に美味しかったです！ 観光の際に手配していただいたドライバーさんもとても親切で、移動もスムーズに観光を楽しむことができました。 ​手厚い心遣いのおかげで、とても快適で思い出に残る滞在になりました。
