    There was no staff available at the hotel during the night. I had to wait until morning to get help

    There was no staff available during the entire night, which was really unreasonable. In the morning, the staff explained how to use the faucet, but the issue should have been taken care of. I hope this feedback helps improve their service

    The location is an easy walk to downtown Napa. Felt very safe at all times. Breakfast served in broom is a nice feature. We only attended the evening wine one time, charcuterie was eaten by the time we arrived but was nice to meet and talk with other guests. The room was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the fireplace.

    The property is a bit dated, but it was fine for the amount of time we spent there.
