    It wasn’t perfect, but it was okay. 👌🏻

    The location, the washing machine, the swimming pool, and the service team—especially Alison, who was friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, my stay was acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement.

    The administrative team was not flexible or service-minded. There were cockroaches in the apartment, and the kitchen utensils were in poor condition (old and burnt pots and pans). Basic items, such as kitchen scissors, were also missing.
