    1 of my best location in Caribbean

    1 of the best location in Sint Maarten, nice beach, hiking next door hotel have the walking path and great restaurants with decent prices. This is good for family since it has 2 bedrooms with 2 baths with kitchen family room and nook to eat and walk right down the beach with in seconds from your room. You can't get any better than this. Hotel is ok.

    Fort Amsterdam is great since you can walk through Little bay Divi hotel to see sunset and sunrise without driving anywhere. Also you can see cruise ship port, Phillipsburg.

    Loved our Stay at the Belair hotel, Everyone was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

    We loves the fact that it was on the beach and it was a Boutique hotel. The rooms were very spacious, we are a family of 4 so it worked for us.

    The pool was very small

    My stay was great , the room was clean . It definitely needs a few upgrades is some area .

    Was close to everything , the beach was just a few steeps away

    Need some R&R. , it a old property built a few years ago we knew that, but it needs some upgrades

    Fantastic stay at Belair Beach Hotel

    I truly loved the location, it in not too far away from the things that makes a visit to this island an adventure. The staff are warm, welcoming and professional.

    Breakfast menu was good but a little more to choose from would be nice
