  La ubicación está cerca de los Jeronimos y puedes ir al centro en tranvía y en tren

  Para que el apartamento sea más cómodo,debería hacer algunos cambios,el sofá es incómodo y poner la persiana en la habitación para que no entre tanta luz y te despierte,y a la otra habitación poner la pared para separarlo del salón

  Not what it seems.

  Location is great if you want to stay in Belem, the rest...

  We stayed at the Belem Calling Apartment and unfortunately the experience was far below what was advertised on Booking.com. The furniture, curtains, and sofa cover were all different from the listing photos, different chairs and couches, different cabinets, and cushions that were essentially empty. There was no kitchen table, which had been a key feature of the listing. The apartment also had visible holes in the floor and bare walls. On top of that, the apartment had clearly not been cleaned properly before our arrival: hairs in the drain, stains on the mirror, sink, and tap. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. We contacted the host directly to explain the situation and asked to cancel the remainder of our stay for a refund, given how different the apartment was from what we'd booked. The host acknowledged the furniture differences but described them as "decorative" and not significant enough to justify a refund, offering only €50 compensation and an additional cleaning visit. We explained again that the discrepancies (missing kitchen table, different furniture throughout, structural issues like holes in the floor) went well beyond decoration, and was mainly about the hygiene of the entire apartment (incl rugs & towels) and asked for a full refund for the remaining nights. After that, the host stopped responding entirely. We'd recommend caution booking this property, what's advertised is not a reliable representation of what you'll actually get, and communication broke down as soon as we pushed for a fair resolution.

  debe ser remodelado urgente

  zona tranqila

  el apartamento estaba sucio debajo de la cama había suciedad, la alfombra está con polvo, la vitrocerámica rajada, las habitaciones no estan aisladas, las puertas son de cristal, el apartamento debe ser remodelado está mal conservado el grifo del lavabo baño sobre sale de ancho del lavabo, mampara del baño sucia,el vecino de arriba causa mucho ruido, en la habitación principal hace falta persianas entra mucha la luz y una reforma todo.
