    Avoid this property - good house but terrible coms and did not return excess paid.

    The location was great and the property was very comfortable.

    Unfortunately I was charged twice for early check in and late check out, and since we left the property they have completely ghosted me about getting the money back and have not returned my money. It's a shame as we would have stayed there again, but won't be able to now. Be very careful about payments to this property. Also there are no light shades on most of the bulbs in the house, which does make it a little bleak.

    Good location for exploring Belfast - close to many bus routes and cute restaturants/cafes.

    Location was great to get into the city with public transportation and some great food places around the immediate area. We had a lightbulb blown and the host arranged a replacement very quickly. Great to have on street parking right outside the house as well.

    The house had quite a bit of damp and smelt musty, particularly the bathroom - we needed to leave the windows open. For a house with 3 bedrooms (thus more than 2 people), there weren't enough chairs so 4 of us could sit around the table to eat together. There were not enough wine glasses, forks or teaspoons in the kitchen. A recycling bin would be a great addition too.
