    Disappointing

    Disappointed. Washing machine didn’t work - we booked a house specifically to wash and cook as had been traveling for a month. Put my clothes in the machine and then realized it’s full of stinking dirty water and had to had wash to get the smell out. Attic room in tiny you can’t stand up straight. Heating didn’t work for the first 2 days. The owner slowly got back and we managed to get it sorted eventually. No extra towels or bedding. Marks and scoffs on the walls - could do with some TLC. Also in quite a unionist area. Lastly one of the beds was missing quite a few bars so the mattress keeps falling down at the bottom of the bed. Also shower is very old and not mounted on the wall

    ‼️‼️‼️DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I booked with them the other day for two nights and they told me to give them a deposit after I paid everything and we agreed on a check in and check out then they called and ask for more money £250 and it’s refundable it’s just a normal deposit and I will get it as soon as I leave the property but still since I haven’t received anything and I tried to reach out and they just blocked me instead of sending me my money back

    We will be back.

    The house was in an ideal location for us, spacious enough and had mostly what we needed in it. We will definitely be in touch to return in the near future.

    There was nothing we didnt like except there was no iron but that was no big deal we managed without it.
