Due to the safety issues we experienced during our stay, I would definitely not recommend this hotel

The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. The location was also excellent and very convenient for getting around.

On the very first day, my friend and I got trapped in the elevator due to insufficient or unclear information on the elevator door. The hotel staff's response to the situation was extremely poor. They spoke to us in a rather rude and scolding manner, telling us to wait and informing us that the maintenance service would arrive within 15 minutes. However, we were trapped in the elevator for approximately 40 minutes. Even after we were finally released, the staff did not show any sincere apology or concern for what had happened. This was a very stressful experience and a serious disappointment in terms of customer service. Another issue was the size of the hotel room, which was extremely small. During the booking process, I was not given any option to choose a different room type or size, yet we ended up staying in a very cramped room. The room size was disappointing and affected our overall comfort.
