Nice apartment in a great location, but very unpleasant communication with the host
The apartment itself was very nice and cozy, with plenty of space and a great location. It was comfortable and well-suited for our stay.
We had a very unpleasant experience with the host. The day before our arrival, we informed her that we would arrive between 19:00 and 20:00, as we were traveling from another country. When we arrived around 19:10 and called to get the code for the key box, she responded in a very unfriendly manner and implied that we were trying to enter without paying. The communication was uncomfortable and unprofessional, which negatively affected our overall experience.
